High Tide Candle & Company started with just an idea, that soon became inspiration and then grew into passion.  The idea that emotions can be sparked in an unexpected moment. The inspiration that comes from the beauty of what we see, hear and smell every day. And the passion to evoke positive experiences, whether new or remembered, through that small piece we can add to a great big world.

For me, scents and music have always been intrinsically linked and make me reminisce of my own favorite memories past. That morning drive through the mountains and your favorite song comes on the radio. An evening spent on the beach watching the sun set with reggae playing in the background. Being born by the ocean and raised in the mountains, I have a deep connection to both.

Thus the spirit behind how High Tide Candle & Company came to be.

Here at High Tide Candle & Company near the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, we are passionate about creating a product that not only looks beautiful but also has a positive impact on the environment:

- Our candles are handcrafted with soy wax that is toxin-free, paraben and phthalate-free, gluten-free, vegan and FDA approved.

-Our beautiful fragrances are also phthalate free and made specifically for candle burning, which allows them to be burned at higher temperatures without the risk of toxins being released.

-Our wicks are made with textile grade cotton and lead free.

-Our high quality glass vessels and metal tins are reusable. Clean them when done with your candle and repurpose them any way you like!

-Larger candles come with a seed infused plantable dust cover. (For a fun idea, clean your glass container out when your candle is finished and place the dust cover inside with potting soil to grow a small flower garden) 

-Our packaging boxes come from recyclable materials

-Shipping boxes can be recycled and packing peanuts are bio-degradable and dissolve in water!
