What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the hand crafted and small batch nature of our products, we are not able to offer refunds. But if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at hightidecandleandco@gmail.com and we may be able to offer an exchange! All exchanges must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All exchanged items must be in new and unused condition.
